What kind of things will you find at MOJOS OUTLET?
MOJOS OUTLET sells leading private label and name brand merchandise at a fraction of the retail cost. We specialize in selling overstock, excess merchandise, and open box items. Our inventory changes weekly, and sometimes daily, so there is always a great variety of merchandise to choose from. Whatever is in stock, you can be certain that you will find at MOJOS OUTLET and it will always be a great deal.
Are the items brand new?
Some of the items in our store are brand new. Many of the items are either returns that were sent back by the customer with the unit itself unopened or open box returns which were tested by us and either confirmed fully functional or returned to a fully functional state.
What are “open box” items?
Open box items have been returned to our suppliers in open boxes, but appear to be unused upon inspection. They are in excellent ”like new” condition.

What is MOJOS OUTLET return policy?
MOJOS OUTLET offers a 14-day return policy on your purchase if the item is not as described. You MUST have your receipt. All other sales are final.
How is MOJOS OUTLET different from a thrift store?
Our merchandise is purchased directly from other retailers or manufacturers making us different from a thrift store. We do not purchase merchandise from individuals or accept donations/consignments.
If you see something in our stores that you would like to own, we encourage you to purchase it at that time. Merchandise sells quickly at MOJOS OUTLET and there’s no guarantee that when you return, the item will still be there.
I’ve seen an item in your store that I wanted to buy, can you hold it for me until I can purchase it?
We will hold 1 item per customer for 24 hrs if you leave your name and phone number. If another customer is interested in the product, we will attempt to get in touch with you to purchase via credit card or release the item.
I sometimes see damaged or missing items. Why do you sell these?
We feel that many of these items still have great value to our customers, even if damaged or missing pieces. Usually, this merchandise will be marked down to account for the missing pieces.
What form of payment do you take?
We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, (Debit and Credit). We do NOT accept checks.
